The echoMAP 70dv fishfinder/chartplotter combo offers amazing features on its 7-inch pinch-to-zoom touchscreen. Its built-in advanced HD-ID sonar and DownVü scanning sonar provide the clearest scanning sonar images on the water.

Add SideVü Scanning Sonar

Add an optional GCV 10 scanning sonar module (sold separately) for DownVü and SideVü™ scanning with CHIRP sonar technology .

Advanced Sonar Support

Built-in support for a wide selection of Garmin transducers, including 50/200 kHz and 77/200 kHz. In addition, echoMAP 70dv will support Minn Kota® and MotorGuide® trolling motor transducers.

It allows networked combos to share their internal sonar with any other device on the network. You also have the flexibility to choose what information is overlaid on the sonar screen. For example, time of day or GPS speed.

echoMAP 70dv also includes sonar-recording capability that coordinates the timing of the sonar return with your boat's position and saves digital information for playback on a computer using HomePort™ planning software.

Super-fast 10 Hz GPS/GLONASS

With the integration of a 10 Hz GPS/GLONASS receiver, the 70dv refreshes position and heading up to 10 times per second. It displays constant and fluid on-screen location and proves to be incredibly accurate when marking waypoints and navigating.

Networking

echoMAP 70dv offers select networking capabilities that allow you to share features with other compatible echoMAP units, such as DownVü and SideVü scanning sonar, supplemental maps, and user data, including waypoints, routes and tracks. User data entered into 1 chartplotter can be automatically synced with other chartplotters in a network.

Special Features for Sailing

Supported sailing features include laylines, enhanced wind rose, heading and course-over-ground lines, and true wind data fields. Gauge displays are designed to provide important need-to-know information at a glance, including true and apparent wind angle, set and drift, true or apparent wind speed, horizontal or vertical graphs, and a data bar with customizable data fields.

Get Your iPad® On Board

Plan and view routes on your iPad, iPhone® or iPod® with BlueChart® Mobile. Easily and wirelessly transfer those routes to your networked chartplotter with built-in Wi-Fi® capability.

Available with preloaded LakeVü HD maps — more than 17,000 lakes plus more than 5,700 HD lakes with 1-foot contours shoreline to shoreline — or BlueChart g2 coastal maps.
